Learn to scuba dive with Anchor Shack and enjoy the comfort of a well-equipped scuba shop and experienced instructors. The Open Water certification is your license to explore the underwater world. This course teaches you the fundamentals of scuba diving and gives you the skills to be a safe and competent diver.
The Open Water course requires all the gear you need to scuba dive. As a benefit of choosing Anchor Shack, you will have free access to a BCD, regulator with computer, tanks, weights and wetsuit. All you need is your personal gear, (mask, snorkel and fins). We will help you select the personal gear that is right for you.
We teach our class using PADI eLearning, which gives you the ability to learn at your own pace. Once you sign up, you will receive a code to get started right away. And we are always here to help you so come in or give us a call if you have any questions.
Upon completion, you will receive the PADI Open Water Scuba Diver certifications. To enroll in this course, you must be 10 years or older with adequate swimming skills and in good physical health. No prior experience with scuba diving is required.
